Nearly all of the drinks on Lilette’s cocktail menu are originals. Linstead
is the work of retired bartender Eric Palmer, who is so missed that the restaurant’s managers are thinking of renaming the drink The Palmer.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients except the cherry and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the cherry.
