Crêpes with Sweet Yogurt and Raspberry-Apricot Sauce

These were easy and yummy! The jam was great, but I used raspberry preserves with fresh raspberries. I also used low fat vanilla flavored yogurt instead of Greek yogurt. I did not add anything extra to the yogurt because it was already vanilla flavored. I did offer honey, maple syrup and cinnamon sugar as toppings. YUMMY!
